Student Athlete of the Month Contest Rules 1. Eligible candidates must be 16 years of age or greater at the time of the contest (month of award). 2. Eligible candidates must be currently be enrolled and in good standing with a San Diego County High School. “Good standing” may be left to the subjectivity of the school’s Athletic Director and / or school academic officials. 3. All decisions are final and open to the subjectivity of the CIF judging body. 4. Entry forms reside exclusively on a landing page hosted by www.TheMightier1090.com 5. Entry forms must be completed in their entirety. 6. Judging criteria include, but are not limited to, relevant month athletic achievements, scholastic achievement, citizenship. 7. Only one entry per student athlete, per month, will be accepted. 8. Nominations cannot be made by the student athlete or immediate family members 9. Accepting a nomination / winning a given month, provides the Mightier 1090 – ESPN Sports the ability to mention the winner’s name on the air and / or in digital communications.
